4th of July

 This year, 4th of July was soooo much fun! We went to a barbecue at our friend Bob's house and swam up until just 30 minutes or so before the fireworks show at the fairgrounds. We made it there literally with seconds to spare. The girls LOVED the pool, their floaties, all the other kiddos to play with, and yummy food. It did take awhile for them to warm up to the fireworks but both girls held a sparkler...so brave : ) Josh and I enjoyed relaxing a bit too since the girls were so well entertained. We can't wait for next year already!

Tatum LOVED the watermelon and made a gigantic mess while eating it. She usually freaks over any little stain or dripping, but she loved it too much to care.

What a great fireworks show! We all loved it!

The girls would either scream or shout 'Boom!' whenever a big firework lit up the sky.
