In January...

...the girls really started to grow up! They began eating cereal in their bumbos (sometimes topless!) They caught right on to the whole eating thing and let's just say the girls like to eat!

...they started burning donuts in the carpet. The girls absolutely love playing in their exersaucers. Tatum especially loves this style of toy since she can run around in circles. She's the more active of the two and gets excited and happy very easily.

...we started noticing just how cuddly Miss Tatum is. It pretty much melts our hearts every time she gives us one of her many snuggles and hugs.

...the girls really started to play together AND sit up on their own! They also coo and seem to have their own little language going on between each other. I have a feeling Josh and I are in trouble!

...my dad turned 49. It was a strange birthday. He usually doesn't care about his age, but this year he seemed really sad that he was only one year away from 50. I ALMOST felt bad for teasing him about it : )

...the high chairs finally became useful. It's a big upgrade from the bumbo chairs.

...Tamryn's fun little personality really started showing! She makes the most hilarious sounds and facial expressions that she does over and over again all day long. She's definitely the more serious of the two, so when we see her big cheesy smile our hearts just melt!

...the girls turned 6 months! It was around this time that things felt like they were getting a little easier for me and I really started to have fun with them. We had professional pictures taken of them. Tamryn was once again very difficult to photograph. I'm amazed that Monica the photographer was somehow able to get some cute shots of them. They definitely did not make her job easy!
